Whereas most companies produce pickles in large tanks containing heavy salt brine, our pickles are fermented outside, in small barrels without vinegar. The fermentation process is slow; the barrels contain a low-salt brine solution that allows the cucumbers to be transformed into pickles over a period of several months.

Mrs. Whyte’s pickles can garnish a plate of food, or just be eaten alone as a snack. Made according to an old and cherished Mrs. Whyte’s recipe, they are a tasty complement to hamburgers, sandwiches or hot dogs.  Our pickles are the best you can find on the market.
