Mrs. Whyte's

The Mrs. Whyte’s brand dates back to 1932 and was started by Mrs. Whyte selling homemade pickled products to Montreal’s Jewish community. Before long Mrs. Whyte’s had developed a loyal following of customers throughout the region, who associated the brand with quality-produced products. Today, our products are used both in homes and restaurants. Starting from the original brined pickles, the product line has expanded to include a wide array of new products such as relish, horseradish, pickled vegetables and a full range of premium salad dressings.

The Jewish Community Council of Montreal is called in to certify all products kosher. Those who follow kosher diets look for the "MK” on the Mrs. Whyte’s food packaging for assurance that food contained within has been prepared in accordance with Kosher dietary laws.
