Whyte's Research and Development is housed in the Laval facilities and headed by Ginette Presseault. Ginette holds a degree in Dietetic and Food Sciences and has over 20 years of experience working with a number of well-known Canadian companies in Food Research and Development. Under her leadership, Whyte's Research and Development team continues to develop new opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
