Using our Original Brine Pickles, which are naturally fermented, and then refrigerated in their original low-salt brine with added spices and garlic. This unique curing process and the generous concentration of pickles in the product has helped our Sweet Green Relish to achieve a premium status.

Our relish compliments the flavour of any meat dish and also makes a great topping for hamburgers and hot dogs. This sweet yet tangy relish is excellent as a side dish, especially for picnics and outdoor entertaining.
